The Booking module uses many of the capabilities of Circulation and adds the ability to reserve items in advance. For example, staff can book instructional kits, videos, or DVDs from the Video Library.   As in Circulation, we can loan bookable materials to patrons registered in the patron file. AACPS can establish booking time frames without regard for current availability, but with regard for other bookings of the same material (or set of materials).

Library Media Specialists can book/schedule items from the Video Library for use by staff members in the schools.  Library Media Specialists book items directly through the card catalog/OPAC.
