Single
Textbook Adoption Program
The Single Textbook Adoption
Program was established to ensure equity of high
quality instructional materials for all students. The
program is currently modeled on a 6-year adoption cycle
for selecting basic texts and their support materials.
The objective of the Single Textbook Adoption Program
includes, but is not limited to, standardization of
texts and related materials. This Program utilizes an
ongoing process that emphasizes input from teachers,
parents, students, and the professional community.
