Library Systems Management
Training and Support
User
training and related support concerns are
the responsibility of Library Systems
Management. Training sessions for staff are
listed on ERO (Electronic
Registrar Online).
Any failure
of checkout scanners should be reported to
Library Systems Management. All
checkout and inventory scanners under warranty. Any other hardware failures
should be reported to the Help Desk
(410-222-5135).
The school
network analysts are responsible for
updating, installing, reinstalling, and
creating shortcuts on the desktop or/and
Start menu of the Circulation and OPAC
stations.
